Sanjeev Rawat is a Co-Founder of K&R Legal, with over 25 years of experience in litigation and arbitration including both domestic and international commercial arbitration. He has also worked extensively in civil, corporate and white-collar litigation.

Mr Rawat has developed deep expertise in advising on corporate law matters, including Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Companies Act, Securitization & Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act (SARFAESI). He brings rich experience in dealing with government and regulatory affairs and has represented clients at all levels of government hierarchy.
